In this The Sims 4 tutorial I explain how to build angled window facades. This tutorial is base game compatible so you don’t need any packs to follow this tutorial. I used glass roofs to create this modern window facade that allows you to create comtemporary and very unique looking builds. Weather does not affect the Sims on the inside of the building so it’s fully functional.
In this Sims 4 base game tutorial I explain you step by step how you can build this glass window facade made out of glass roofs yourself so you can create this beautiful facade even if you are still a beginner in The Sims 4.
As always if you have any questions or need help leave a comment down below and I will help your and give your further instructions! 🙂

Hi Kate. I quickly tried this myself and found that you can actually close off the open columns you made to enable this, after you have finished with it all, to create a more seamless wall and skip the fencing part for the exterior trim.
To do so, you need to place a pre-shaped room [one of the 4 options between the basement tool and the flat floor pieces] next to the open gap, so that one of the new room's walls is covering it; this should close off the column without deleting the roofing. Then you can just delete 1 by 1 the other walls of this room, and then finally the floor to get rid of it all [and it needs to be done in that order with deleting the floor last or it will delete the glass roof].
Hopefully I explained this well and it works for you and everyone else; and thank you for always producing quality tutorials for these building tricks!
Hey, I've used this on one of my houses, however i'm finding I can't create a completed "room" as The Sims defines it. Does anyone have a solution to this? Currently it treats the space as outdoors, so there is trouble with lighting and weather etc..
How did you create the panels in the glass to make it look like windows?
it REALLY bugs me that amazing builders like you are not game changers. amazing build! Is it on the gallery? x

This is awesome OMG thank you
How to do it on ps4
This is soo kool. Is there a way to do this Without the columns
So simple yet simply amazing! Thanks for the tutorial!
Not working…
If you stretch the glass roo both sides to the max you only need 1 column and both ends can be a single wall….no?
very nice!
Hi I do all the steps and tried to build the lower window on the penthouse and it didn't work. The room is still open and my sims freezing cold when the snow come. Do you know what I might do wrong?
Subscribed! Keep up the great work!!
Can you do this on console ?? x
This is so awesome and I have given it a try, but I have noticed that there seems to be snow coming in along the edges. On the bottom set of windows it seems to be along the floor, so is there a way to fix this? I’ve followed along with how you did it and the upper ones seem to be fine. Thanks
Is there anything you cant do with a half gabled roof?! 🤣
Я от Даши Рейн
Can you explicate me this with ps4 commands, please?
Sorry for bad English😅

sorry but are anyobody know what song she used in the opening?
If I do it this way, my lights don't work. Is there any possibility to make the lighting work?
I have the problem that all the lights in the rooms with those kinds of walls only turn on at night. So during the day they are kind of dark :////
I made this but the room stays like was "open" , doing this I can't but lights because the game think that is outside
Is this possible for Xbox players because I’m trying to do it and nothing is working, someone please help. 😔
thank you for inspiring me and making this quarantine situation FUN! you're awesome and I appreciate the time you take to make these videos!! thank you sooooo much! ❤️
